Called Tom with a problem about the exchange controller on the gas bottles for the heater. He quickly worked out the problem and using a photo from identified the part needed. Within 30 minutes he had bought the needed part and installed it. So all fixed! In record time, Clearly he knew his stuff and made sure it was all working and looking neat and tidy before he left.

Responded quickly and resolved the issues with my shower and toilet. Polite and friendly also.

Called Tom from Storm Plumbing regarding a blocked drain, and he was at my house within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend without hesitation. 👌

Tom from storm plumbing and gas was professional and reliable to deal with he was very tidy with his work and clean up I would highly recommend tom for any plumbing work.

Tom has helped me out on a number of occasions and I don't think you would find a more reliable plumber. On one occasion we had a burst pipe in the front yard, gave him a call (out of hours) and he was there immediately, knee deep in the mud in the pouring down rain and he fixed it in no time.

We were not home and after the big storms our water pump stopped working. Tom was able to work out what was wrong and fix it so our house has water. Thank you very much!!. He charges very fairly, his communication was superb and he has good manners. I couldn’t recommend Tom enough.
